Will -
I'm running Windows 7 Enterprise, SP1, 64bit - the current/patched (up to date) version.
Also, I sent you an email if you have a minute to check that out. It has a couple of attachments.
Thanks,
Will C., KB5WRK

Foot Switch for TransTRBO
Will - Any thoughts on how I can make a USB foot switch work with the TT product? The typical one used out here is made by Delcom Products. It has an associated driver that can send virtually any key strokes to the application if it can watch for them. I was not sure if there was some way to make it...

Change user click destination
Will - Currently, it seems the default for double clicking on a subscriber in the contact list is to open the Private Call Keypad. That's fine in many applications, but in some, the preference would be the send text window (Text Message Keypad). I did not see a way to change the default window launc...

Server Busy on launch
Hi Will, This may/may not be a bug. It's possible its a localized/system issue on my end, but I'm not really sure what it would be if that's the case. I'll run it by you. Since day one, when I launch TransTRBO, there is a delay of about 6 seconds or so (after I enter login credentials) after the mai...

Re: P1-P4 Radio Buttons
... the stick I poked him with was not very sharp...
The P1 - P4 buttons work great. This adds quite a bit of extra potential functionality. Thank you sir!

Re: Read Zones function
A quick follow up.
I tried to manually add a zone to the zone table for the first time, and it did not work.
Click "Modify Zones", brings up the empty Zone list, and right click on wind, click 'Add New'. Nothing happens.
FYI.

Re: Read Zones function
Morning Will, This is a first generation XPR 4550 Motorola mobile, so Monochrome (green) display, 1 text line for contact info, and 1 for contact/channel info (so 2 lines), and since its the 1'st gen I guess the answer to new formatting would be 'no'. http://www.alpha-wireless.com/sites/default/file...

Re: P1-P4 Radio Buttons
Will, There's no doubt the P1 - P4 buttons are used extensively in commercial applications. However within the context of a dispatch environment where they'd be used with TransTRBO, its to a lesser degree. Here in the states, it is very rare (pretty much never) that you see MotoTrbo in Public Safety...

Re: Read Zones function
Morning Will, To answer your questions - Q1) I don't believe it was busy, no. Q2) I tried at least 4 times I went ahead a tested again, on a simplex channel and a quiet DMR channel. Same results. It looks like it is reading the channel and zone information (ie: I see the info flying across the displ...
