Bug - Language DLLs not working

Hi guys,
I spotted this yesterday while I was testing a "Volunteer" Freeware version of the TT App.
I'm not sure how long it hasn't been working - but it is now working again.
I'll aslo be asking for Translations now that I have that part ready to go again.
