How to download "XCMPXNL.EXE",I need it test my motorola dp4601.

XcmlXcmp.exe is a tool for trouble shooting the TransTrbo application.
It was shared with HAMs who were assisting with testing the TransTrbo Dispatcher App.
I do have an incomplete commercial approved* App - that is a Remote radio Head.
What are your actual requirements please.
