Hi Leonardo,

Steps to set radio alias
Enable configuration
1. Select Configuration


2. Select Company Page #1, ensure Enable Radio Alias is ticked #2, click OK #3


Modify a radio’s information
ALTERNATIVE 1
3. Modify a radio’s information in Contact List
Expand Subscribers #1
Select + Right Click on a radio #2
Click Modify #3


4. Modify the radio’s display Alias #1
press Modify button #2


5. Check the Contact List for updated Alias #1


ALTERNATIVE 2
#1 Select Maintenance Menu Tab
#2 Click Modify button
#3 Choose Radio from Contact Type
#4 select specific Radio
#5 Click Modify button
etc ...
