Highlighting talking station on map

Dear Santa clause,
For Christmas this year, I'd like the feature to highlight the talking station on the map. I.e. someone presses PTT and the corresponding marker on the map starts flashing, immediately allowing the dispatcher to locate the caller.
While we are at it, it would also be nice to be able to make private calls / private alert by right clicking on a station on the map.
