Radio gateway to zello

Any way to create a connection (radio gateway) with zello?
I have a volunteer ambulance account with zellow for work in which we get radio gateways to interconnect with our current radio system.
This is needed for dead zones. I was wondering if you have a way to create an integration this way we can connect the zello radio gateway using your software and still have full connection.
The issue with doing it directly is that VOX is not enabled on the rear connection which means that there is no way to have the gateway press PTT for speaking although it has a COM connection that it can use (if it was possible) with a radio in order to transmit. Does your software create a virtual com for the PTT???
