I got an issue with Zoom in and Zoom out, pressing the zoom in several time does not always increment by 1. Zoom out does not always decrease by 1 either.

Restarting the apps fixed my problem, I think it was related with loading maps or maybe with center base.

Hi Karl,

I'm using standard Windows calls to render these maps - and I'm not the most knowledgeable Windows programmer - so one day someone may be able to improve my code to speed up the rendering.
