Im not even sure how easy or hard this would be to implement, but might there be any interest in setting up some sort of alert to take place when a target radio crosses over a predefined border?

The coding is reasonably trivial - the infra-structure is where the work is!

i.e. look where I had to put the Google Earth *.kml generation?
